[Known] Buying bank space with insufficient gold gives no error message

Details: Had 85/90 bank space and 201g 1g, clicked on Buy More Slots, clicked upgrade, bank space was still 85/90. Closed and re-opened bank window, still 85/90. Bought another upgrade, still 85/90. Exited, waited for timeout, clicked on Resume, still 85/90, still only 1g in my inventory. got no feedback that I did not have sufficient gold.
Steps to Reproduce: Remove all gold from your character, attempt to buy a bank slot.

Hello Elwyn, upon review of your account and character, I'm not seeing any issue increasing your bank slot size. Please rereview. Once the bank loads its items, I am correctly seeing much more than just 90 slots available.

I decided to try it again, and quickly noticed I had never sold the 200g worth of potions to get the money. So I was attempting to buy the bank slots with no money! There was no error alert window, and I set my filters to show all messages, and there was no indication of an error. So instead, the problem is that there is no feedback when you do not have sufficient money to buy bank slots.
