    Title: Cannot clear Vigilante quest steps "Vigilante Inquisitor" and "Operation Extermination Stages"

    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Blocker? Yes

    Details: Alberic will not take the Stage 2 note. Cannot progress the quest.

    Steps to Reproduce:

    Suspect that because I delivered the warrant before delivering the stage 2 note, the quest may be considered complete?

    Title: The quest "Vigilante Inquisitor" glows yet on my compass but i finished it
    Reproduction Rate:
    Blocker? no
    Details: I can't finish one quest named "Refugee Aid", maybe for that reason that my compass shows again the "Vigilante Inquisitor" quest, if they are linked ?
    Steps to Reproduce: do all quests in Blood River Outskirt and look at your compass

    Think I am in the same situation. I did a bunch of stuff and got a bunch of XP but I'm stuck with these "Stage 2" plans and Alberic keeps showing up with blue sparkles yet I can't provoke any interest in him. Should I just assume I'm done in Blood River Outskirts and move on?
