[Known] Cannot Interact With NPC Merchants In Celestis

Title: Cannot Interact With NPC Merchants In Celestis

Details: The title says it. The NPC merchants in Celestis in the don't interact with me. I can select them, double-click on him, hit E, after selecting. The NPC dialogue doesn't pop up. Perhaps they don't like my feedback on the NPC crafting dialogue?
I can interact with the player-owned vendors in Celestis, the NPC vendor, and trainers in Celestis.
Merchants Bugged:

Crafting Merchant
Banking Merchants upstairs
Reagant Merchant
Adventuring Merchant
Blacksmith (Actually - this is now title commoner). Might be a separate bug.​

Steps to Reproduce: Just try to interact with them. I went over to Solania. No problems interacting with the merchants there.

User Specs:
OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8) System RAM: 32671
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 GPU RAM: 8145
SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.440.Date.01.20.17

Loc: (-4.7, 90.4, -27.4)

 

I was able to interact with most of the NPCs, except one: the male merchant at the location coordinates you provided. If you're still seeing the issue with the other NPCs in the current build, let me know! (#40108)

 

@Serafina - I checked again. I still cannot interact with the other ones. They are:
Reagant Merchant - Area: Celestis (Novia_R1_City_Celestis) Loc: (24.5, 89.2, -39.4)
Banking Merchant 1 - Area: Celestis (Novia_R1_City_Celestis) Loc: (27.9, 93.0, -56.9)
Banking Merchant 2- Area: Celestis (Novia_R1_City_Celestis) Loc: (28.6, 93.0, -51.0)
Blacksmith - Area: Celestis (Novia_R1_City_Celestis) Loc: (42.5, 89.2, -79.6). In addition - he know reads commoner and has a different toon.
Innkeeper - Area: Celestis (Novia_R1_City_Celestis) Loc: (-17.3, 89.2, -73.0)

I was able to interact with the Guild Registrar (Area: Celestis (Novia_R1_City_Celestis) Loc: (-21.1, 89.2, -82.1))
