[Known] Cannot secure the Grand Artificer Memory Fragment

Details: Got the hard ones - the Opalis Memory Fragment and the Epitaph Memory Fragment. But when it comes to the Grand Artificer - it's not happening!
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Do Epitaph Memory. Win. Get Fragment.
2. Do Opalis Memory. Lurk, astounded by the huge elite obsidian trolls, remembering the novel Sword of Midras. Get Fragment.
3. Do piddly little Grand Artificer Memory. Win. It says on screen (and in my chat log):

"The final wave has been cleared. The Grand Artificer is safe!"

Not enough to get a fragment!

Try again.

"The final wave has been cleared. The Grand Artificer is safe!"

No fragment.

AGAIN

"The final wave has been cleared. The Grand Artificer is safe!"

No fragment.
