[Known] Cannot Speak to Notus (Blocker)

    Title: Cannot Speak to Notus
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? yes
    Details: I am standing in front of whom I assume to be Notus. He is standing at the podium in front of the lottery book. I can't interact with him at all . If I shift+click on him it just says "Elf Official"
    Steps to Reproduce: Go to Xenos and try to talk to Notus.
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6500 CPU @ 3.20GHz (4) System RAM: 16271
    GPU: Intel(R) HD Graphics 530 GPU RAM: 4195
    SotA.EarlyAccess.LIVE.Win.64.614.Date.05.30.17
    Area: Novia_R11_City_Xenos
    Area Display Name: Xenos
    Loc: (3.1, 40.7, 34.6)

    Oh goodness! I just have missed this thread. I had been posting links to this workaround that will help you get past in the meantime.

    "This may be a clue to help with troubleshooting: if you turn of the 'zoom into conversations' feature then the NPC will say their first conversation sentence, however, he does not respond at all to anything you tell him."

    If you don't want to do that, then the next patch should fix the issue. I just don't know when that patch will be ready to go live just yet (I'm sorry.)

    Well.... not really a work around, it gets you one step closer, as in, he actually responds to your request for a conversation, but not to anything you ask/tell him. So, you still cannot progress there quest :(. Sorry ion that was not clear in my response on the other thread.

    @Lexie The workaround does not work. The elf official will not initiate any dialogue. He simply says he doesn't know how I got to him (The stairs behind him), but I need to leave.
