[Known] Can't attach signs/banners to the Obsidian Stone Fence

    Details: It is not possible to attach a sign or banner to an Obsidian Stone Fence. This happens even if the Obsidian Stone Fence is placed in the middle of the lot where there is no risk of the item to be attached crossing the boundry of the lot.
    Steps to Reproduce: Try to attach something on the Obsidian Stone Fence.
