[Known] Can't Create Character if Login Using Steam (Online Play)

    I ran across this issue and posted a bug report here. Logging in using Steam credentials by clicking on the 'Log In Through Steam' button, not the Port username and password, doesn't allow you to create a new character. My account does have the reward as I get the 'Select Avatar' button using Port credentials.

    Stuff like that you can just go ahead and put in the Critical section when you find it :) Thank you for letting us know! Bug # in cross linked thread.
