[Known] Can't enter Storms Reach

    Title: Can't enter Storms Reach
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? Yes
    Details: Seems to spawn me in on the wrong side of the scene teleporter. When i try to enter storms reach it takes me right back into the mine.
    Steps to Reproduce: Go to Storms Reach from the entry point im located at.
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6600K CPU @ 3.50GHz (4) System RAM: 16344
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 GPU RAM: 8081
