[Known] Can't interact with Options Menu if UI is hidden

    Title: Can't interact with Options Menu if UI is hidden
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: If you hide UI with F9, you can still bring up the Options Menu by pressing ESC, but you can't click on it, change options, close it with the X, or anything else. You have to hit F9 again to actually use it.
    Steps to Reproduce: F9, ESC, start clicking.
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz (8) System RAM: 16276
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 GPU RAM: 8110
    SotA.EarlyAccess.QA.Win.64.510.Date.06.20.17
    Area: Novia
