[Known]Cant Load into Dawn's Keep

1. Can not load into Dawn's Keep since 551 patch.
2. Reproduced 100% of the time, have tried 15 times now.
3. Not sure what blocker means...
4. Since patch 551, nobody can load into Dawn's Keep. It gets stuck at 92% and all other zones load just fine. There is a recent SotA even planned for this city, and maybe something was added to the city to cause this issue? There was also a wagon to be places here soon going to Verat Chaos...maybe that was added? I am not sure since I cant load into DK to see.
5. Reproduced by just trying to load in.
6. Win 10, Geforce 1070, 32G RAM...blah blah....my specs arent the issue as it is affecting multiple people with different specs.

 

Have you attempted to load into the scene with reduced video quality and with Aggressive Decoration Loading disabled?

graphics turned down and unchecked aggressive loading...still locking at 92%

 

It was working JUST FINE til patch 551

 

Verified with other members. NOBODY can get in, all with different computer specs, and graphic settings. IT isnt US.......

I see something about a patch roll back in the system message in game, but after closing game and restarting, I still can not get into DK....Still sticking at 92%

 

This patch including the fix is 553 and should now be available for play.
