[Known] Cant place objects on 4th floor of Grand City Chateau

    Title: Cant place objects on 4th floor of Grand City Chateau

    Details: I can not place items in an two different areas on the forth floor of the Grand City Chateau. I have attached screen shots with the area outlines by paper.
