[Known]Casting Summon Phoenix & Same Time of Skinning

I was in Deep Ravenwood at the entrance. Killed an Obsidian Bear and then casted my Summon Phoenix spell. Noticed that the icon was open to skin the bear so I tried. It allowed be to start skinning the bear while I was still casting the spell.

This is one of those things where if I start another action while casting that it should either prevent it or interrupt the spell.
