Details: Place Frosted Glass Chandelier in Town Stone 3-Story Basement and light is practically non-existent. This is a very expensive recipe, but no matter it is obvious that this is a bug. See image below for proof.

I tried this with a recent update and it improved but is still crazy terrible as a light.
