[Known] Changing deck does not honor linked equipment

1) Set up deck 1 with linked equipment
2) Make a hotkey to change to deck 1
3) Make deck 1 active (you should have all the linked equipment equipped at this point)
4) Manually change the weapon to something else (I used coconuts to repro)
5) Press hotkey to change to deck 1 (don't use swap deck hotkey)

Expected: The weapon linked to deck 1 should be equipped

Actual: The item you manually equipped in step #4 remains in your hands
