    Title: chaotic feedback "+1 focus damage rate for # seconds" should be in red as negative effect
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no
    Details: the tool-tip of chaotic feedback "+1 focus damage rate for # seconds" should be in red as a negative effect (on the skill torpid torment has same negative effect and is red), same applies to when mousing over the buff icon
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. open skills window
    2. mouse over chaotic feedback
    3. acquire chaotic feedback
    4. cast chaotic feedback
    5. mouse over buff icon on you character
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (6.1.7601) 64bit
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.538.Date.01.11.17
