[Known] Character stuck in "Swimming" mode

    Title: Zoning into POT from overland with entry over bridge on Grasslands from Siege Scence
    Reproduction Rate: 100% (Tested twice)
    Blocker? Character is stuck in swimming mode
    Details: Zoned in from Siege into POT from overland. Entry point into Grasslands POT is the bridge. Character is stuck in swimming sequence.
    Steps to Reproduce: Rezone into POT.
    User Specs: N/A can provide PC specs if needed.
