    SotA.EarlyAccess.Linux.64.472.Date.03.21.17
    Area: POT_island_metropolis_01_template/Diamond Fields

    Further investigation indicates it's any sort of headwear that is the problem on the paperdoll. Armour and cloak can be made to re-appear on avatar by removing the hat, though sometimes disappears again:

    This is actually a known issue with having the One Man Band equipped. Bug 42832

    What you're seeing is the headpiece updating the avatar to show the chest as missing. If you unequip the instrument, if doesn't matter what headwear you put on/off, it'll look fine. :)

    I have the same bug with my copper chainmail helm, so no limited to one man band...

    Can confirm: equipped the flaming bagpipes and my torso and hat reappeared.
