[Known] Combat Pet Focus Drain icon blinking fast

    The debuff icon for combat pet focus drain under my name is blinking fast. I am using water elemetal as well. When taking a screen shot it shows up either completely or not at all but it appears semi transparent because it is blinking so fast.
