    Title: Consistent crash on game client exit
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details:
    On exiting the game, the game client crashes. This has happened every single time in R45 - I have not exited the game "cleanly" yet (with the game client not crashing) in all the builds in live R45 (through build 656 now).

    This happens whether the game is launched from Steam, or not.

    This crash did not happen in the QA builds for R45.

    Have verified game files on Steam - no errors.

    Video drivers are up to date.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) Launch the game
    2) Exit the game - via the normal "Exit" menu
    3) Game client crashes

    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3930K CPU @ 3.20GHz (12) System RAM: 32686
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 GPU RAM: 4058
    SotA.EarlyAccess.LIVE.Win.64.656.Date.09.01.17
    Area: POT_forest_metropolis_01_template/Novia Market
    Area Display Name: Novia Market
    Loc: (87.4, 49.8, 260.1)
    Debug: UE9UX2ZvcmVzdF9tZXRyb3BvbGlzXzAxX3RlbXBsYXRlfE5vdmlhIE1hcmtldHwoODcuNDI2LCA0OS44MzcsIDI2MC4xMzMpfCgwLCAtMC4yMDEsIDAsIDAuOTgpfDMzNi44MTg1fDEwfDIuNTEzMTY3

    BEWARE:
    You can not save your settings when you were logged in (due the crashing the changes of your settings are lost).

    WORKAROUND:
    Start the launcher
    select play
    options (and change your options before you enter the game)

    Additional information:

    When using "Exit to menu", the following error messages does popUP
    (well can not upload anything, if support wants to have screenshot, try contacting me via mail).

    @Kron Caledon
    Per our conversation on Friday, it seems logging out of Novia Market forces the client to stop responding upon exiting the game.
    At this time, on live, I'm unable to repro. But there is no one else in the scene currently.
    Very curious if this is still happening today. I'm hoping to find out why it was crashing constantly then, but isn't now.
    While it is good I'm not crashing now, kinda bummed as I thought we had something....
    I want to submit a bug but I'm holding off until we can find more information. Right now, this is coming back unable to repro once again.

    @Lexie I have this issue on my Windows 10 PC and Windows 7 PC every time after quitting the game client via the menu, while the game unloads allocated memory, Windows will report it has crashed and prompt to close it and/or submit an error report.

    @Echondas
    Well this one was odd because it could be repeated over and over regardless as to what was going on with memory at the time. Very strange.

    @Lexie
    Weird.. I've wondered before, but do you folks automatically get the crash logs from Steam users? (I think last time I asked someone, perhaps you!, said "good question!") ?

    Anyhoo - It's just a minor nuisance/observance - I personally haven't seen any problems such as OS instability or otherwise from the client being reported by Windows as crashing.

    Maybe that was me at the time, that sounds like me - but the answer is 'yes' we do.

    @Lexie

    I just reproduced this again - logged out from Novia Market (with 4 other Avatars in the scene), and the client crashed on exit.

    This is on build 659.

    Perhaps try to reproduce in Noma - with other avatars in the scene?

    EDIT: Reproduced again - this time with 3 Avatars in the scene.

    Bug #: 50406 for client hanging when fully exiting the game in certain scenes.

    This happens to me about 80-90 percent of the time. It doesn't seem to matter where I am when logging out. Windows reports it as a crash (from Steam).

    This has only happened to me since r45.

    Even when you log out from Novia or Hidden Vale? I haven't seen reports of that yet, but entirely possible...

    Yes! In fact, i logged out of the overland map in Novia this morning and received the usual "shroud of the avatar. Exe has stopped working" message from Windows.
