[Known] Cotton harvesting still not working

Title: Cotton harvesting still not working
Reproduction Rate: Tried both individual plants (will not turn square green) and the batch tool.
Blocker? No, other than I cannot harvest the cotton
Details: Basement farm - tried several planters
Steps to Reproduce: Try to harvest

Meanwhile:
I figured it out.
The planters were interacting with the other planters and the pillars that stick out from the wall, and thus not harvestable.
Shifting the planters and leaving more space between them solved the problem. Of course that means less room for the planters.
It is due to the limits on stacking. They used to fit just right across the length of each wall, now they do not.
