[Known] Cover mechanism is breaking the concept of height damage

    One of the changes a few releases back was to make it so that the offset in height between yourself and a target could meaningfully affect damage. However, now when you're at an offset, the mob you are attacking reports itself as being covered. In this example screenshot, the skeleton is on the step below me. Nearly all shots report "Cover". This seems to defeat the purpose of height offsets.

    Seems to be related to the fact it's a step vs a smooth slope

    It seems that it needs adjusted for archery badly!

    If your more then two steps away every show is "cover", and rapid fire is a waste of time for everyone shot is less then 10 damage and cover.

    So digging into some more it looks like just a math issue with archery with distance=x over elevation=z. When the target is within one yard there is no over but anything more then that the target gets the cover unless 3z > 2x no cover. There is also an issue with distance from cover problem: If I am next to a short wall, and the target is 5 yards from the wall we both get covered. Only one should get the cover not both targets, but this still might be related to the everything gets cover from an archer that is greater then 2 yards away.
