Title: Crafting stations not correctly checking required level

Details: I'm level 96 at Carpentry, and as such can't craft a Grand Piano without help from a table or Bronze hammer. The "Not required level" red overlay (looks great btw) tells me I can't use them. So I switched to the Bronze hammer, which should put me up to level 101, and am still getting the red overlay that says I don't meet the level.

I have not tested this with an expert table to see if it's actually the hammer causing the problem.
Steps to Reproduce:Buff one's self up over the required crafting level with a bronze hammer (maybe the table?) and see that you still can't craft the item.

The True Bronze BS Hammer does add +5 to Blacksmithing (verified by /stats with and without it) so I don't think the hammer is the issue.

Could be a problem with the change from proficiency requirement to level requirement?
