[Known]Crafting Window: recipe dropdown ignores other windows

    Title: Crafting Window: recipe dropdown ignores other windows
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No.
    Details: The dropdown menu for recipe categories in the crafting window ignores other windows placed on top.
    You can't click on those UI elements if placed over the dropdown menu as only it will register the event.

    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (6.1.7601) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4771 CPU @ 3.50GHz (8) System RAM: 16314
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 GPU RAM: 4008
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.602.Date.05.03.17
    Area: POT_forest_metropolis_01_template/Fallin' Green
    Area Display Name: Fallin' Green
    Loc: (16.5, 38.3, 211.8)
