The game would crash whenever it rained in game so I purchased a Geforce GT 710 graphics card. Before this, I was just running the game off the innate graphics on the motherboard. I downloaded the necessary drivers. Turned off the computer, rebooted. Loaded the game, which of course there is the new update which I downloaded. I even restarted the computer but still when I click on "launch" after a few seconds I get this message,
    Oops!
    The game crashed.
The crash report folder named "2017-01-30_225156" next to game executable.
It would be great if you'd send it to the developer of he game!

So how or rather where do I send the file so I can get this fixed?

Also, I am not sure if the two are related but since installing the graphics card there is no sound when playing games, and only when playing games. It works just fine on websites, YouTube, video player(s)... I've tried messing around with speaker settings and device manager but nothing seems to work. Any help with these two would be great!

    Thanks in advance,
    Koa Bosk

Thank you for the report, and sorry to hear about the difficulties you're experiencing!

Could you provide your system's hardware specs for us to review? Thank you.

I removed the graphics card and uninstalled every bit of software that came with it. Game still crashes and the sound still does not work.

Unfortunately there is a known issue associated with Unity games and the AMD A8 processors.

Listed in our Known Issues document:
"Known Issue with Unity and AMD A8 Integrated Graphics Chipsets (used in Laptops) that will cause the game to be unplayable (crashes when attempting to log in). This is affecting many games using Unity, not just Shroud of the Avatar."

So when can we expect a fix for the AMD A8 computers?

Koabosk, I typed "/bug" when I did get into the game. That command generates the necessary information about my computer and graphics card. Your attempt to generate that data manually using windows 10 and direct x commands generated different information. That information might confuse the dev who is working this bug. It might even lead Attenwood to note that there is a known bug with the amd a8 graphics chipset, even though closer examination of your data shows that you are actually using an nVidea graphics card and not using your default amd chipset to output the graphics.

I suggest that you might want to use the "/bug" command when you are giving portalarium the computer and graphics information. Just type "/bug" in the chat box in game then use the "paste" command in a text document or the bug forum to paste the information into the current window.

@Attenwood , should I forward my crash log to you for further study?

Using /bug would be ideal but by crash happens when I press the "launch" button to open the game. So I am unable to even get into the game to use /bug. The nVidea graphics card is there because I installed it to make my game play a little more enjoyable since the game would freeze with the AMD integrated graphics. After installing the nVidea the game would crash upon "Lunch". But I believe the issue is that some how after installing the graphics card, it killed my AMD. When trying to install drivers for it, my computer would say the device is not found. At this point I am looking into replacing the motherboard to fix this issue.
