[Known] Critical chance on gear is not applying

    Details:I just hitted a dummy fully geared with glove of truth, all carapacian gears, 2x grey pine wand and im doing about 1 critical hit from behind in about 50 hit (did alot of different dot all was normal damage only 1 crit pop from time to time). Then i tryed naked, exactly the same result.
    Steps to Reproduce:Hit a dummy fully geared then naked and check critical chance.

    Details:
    When attacking the training dummy with fire spells I am getting very low critical hits. I am using gear with critical bonuses and spellbinder stance. I have about 40% critical chance and I don’t get much critical hits. Immolate for 4 minutes with damage rate at 1.5 secs only generated 2 critical hits for the 4 minutes.
