[Known] Crown Merchant Interface icon missing mouseover tooltip text

    Title: Crown Merchant Interface icon missing mouseover tooltip text

    Details:
    On the upper right hand side - the new Crown Merchant icon is missing mousever tooltip text.

    Right next to it - the icons for "Report Bug" and "Rewards" have their tooltip tet.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) Mouse over Crown Merchant icon on upper right
    2) Observe that there is no tooltip text

    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3930K CPU @ 3.20GHz (12) System RAM: 32686
