[Known] "Damage" taken while exiting and entering scene

Several times last night while either entering or leaving Ulfheim I seemed to take "damage". Heard my Avatar make a grunt as I materialised and total health dropped by around 50 or so.

Almost instantly returned to normal but am guessing it's not intended !

Details: When entering any scene, my health is partially gone (about 10 percent). It regenerates quickly upon entry.
Steps to Reproduce: Enter a scene.

Just an update - this is still happening. My Health seems to drop by about 50 each time and I get the "heart beat " sound effect. This happens going in and out of scenes not just Ulfheim. Happens in Deep Ravenswood too.
