[Known]Dash rasing poisioning skill

    @Gamician I did not share the issue here. My post was to clarify the terminology: After a release, which patch is patch 1? Did he mean the first patch after the release, the first patch after "now" or the first patch tomorrow? I am guessing that he meant that patch 1 would be the first patch after release 39, but he didnt have the patch number handy so he just put "fixed in patch 1" down as a placeholder. I was just asking for clarification.
