[Known]Death decay not "Game-time" as Chris stated.

    Title: Death decay is not "Game-time" as Chris said it would be.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? Perhaps
    Details: Towards the end of the last Telethon, Chris said that he had meant to change the Death Decay to "Game-time" (vs "Real" time) in R42, but was so busy that he hadn't done it. This inferred that it would be changed to "Game-time" in R43.
    It has not been changed and is still "Real" time.
    I have the numbers/times if you want to see them.
    Steps to Reproduce: go die some
