Some of my deco is flickering on and off, goes totally invisible and stays that way.

I'm seeing this too. Someone else was walking around my inn and it looked normal to them. On the image below, there are supposed to be three Mounted Dragon heads on the wall. You can only see their shadows. I also got it on Fine Oak Bookshelves where parts of them are visible and other parts aren't.

    Title: Deco Disappearing
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? Can be.
Details: Causing items to disappear. I've noticed it more in heavily lighted areas.
Steps to Reproduce: Grab and hold any decoration item and run with it. After a certain distance it will disappear and you will need to drop it back into your back to see it again. This is also triggering items already placed to disappear. If you step away from the item that has disappeared and turn the camera angle slightly it will usually pop back into view. It just get worse with time, and the only way to reset it is to log out and back in.

Me too. It even reset my lot briefly, making the lot marker revert to Available. Log out and back in reset the town. For Vaslor they all look fine, though.

    Title: Deco disappearing
    Reproduction Rate: Random
    Blocker? Yes
Details: Deco will randomly disappear, though it seems to mostly happen when interacting with the object. Sometimes just the planter disappears, leaving the tree visible.
Steps to Reproduce: Rotate camera when near an object, or interact with it such as moving the object.

This issue is being addressed on the QA Server in the Player Test Environment over the course of the next few QA patches.

Items and parts of items are appearing and disappearing repeatedly from directly in front of me ever since the new graphic occlusion system was implemented. I won't even move and items will flicker in and out directly in front of me.

Also my fps has dropped and getting scene stuttering in pretty much every scene which never occurred prior to the occlusion system being implemented.

I've found that picking up the blinky objects into your inventory and re-placing them functions as something of a workaround. I haven't had any objects do that since I did that with a handful of things with this ... "feature".
