[Known] Devotional Shrines are not giving buffs

Title: Devotional Shrines are not giving buffs

Details: Visited Shrines in Northwood, Etceter and Point West, and did not receive a buff from any of the 3.
Steps to Reproduce:
User Specs:
OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790K CPU @ 4.00GHz (8) System RAM: 16325
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 GPU RAM: 4053

I also have this same problem on two different characters. I tried to get devo buffs in two separate POT's from many different shrines.

I already had buff from obsidian potion of guidance on one character (which you can't right-click and remove), so perhaps that is causing problem. But it is only on one of two character who cannot get the devo buff.

 

Same problem, I just used an obsidian potion of capacity, and can't get buffs now.

Yep, it does, that post just received an response quicker. And it appears that a dev updated the title to this post to [known].
