    I have the same issue. I confirm the latest patch doesn't fix the issue

    Devotionals are a big part of the power balance in the game. The devotionals down during double XP slows overall XP gains. Perhaps this "issue" is intentional?

    If it is not an intentional effort to slow overall XP gains, then FIX THE DEVOTIONALS!!!!
