    1. Title: .Devotionals not giving proper regen
    2. Reproduction Rate:100%
    3. Blocker?no
    4. Details:Sacrifice and Honor buffs say 1.5% but give nowhere near that
    5. Steps to Reproduce:Buff with devotionals and watch regen
    6. User Specs -

    Masterwork: Focus Regen on gear is not working either

    Can you please use /bug in game then paste the results here so we can see what build you are on? (In case you have not yet logged out and updated)
    We did put in a big focus fix this afternoon.
    If you are fully patched, please provide us more information on the masterworking. Any chance you can screenshot that item so we can use it as base example to work with? Thank you!

    Could also be the nerf to regen that changed it from 1 sec ticks to 5 sec ticks?
