    Details: The Dirae Prophecy of Evard has a value of 25, can this be looted or Oracle ransomed?
    I did check the vendor and it does say cannot be sold.

    It is set to no-trade and no-ransom. The value is meaningless in that context.

    I can just imagine it being sold to an NPC and then getting into the (not yet implemented) random loot tables. Hilarity might even ensue. Nah, that would never happen.
