[Known] Display Health and Focus Stats Displays Health Numbers Over my Head

Blocker? Nope, just annoying.
Details: With the display health and focus stats option enabled, I have my own numerated HP listed above my head regardless of if I have the option selected to display a health bar above my head. See picture below, looks really odd with 350/350 constantly in the middle of my screen.
Steps to Reproduce: Check the option to Display Health and Focus stats.
User Specs:

in the options menu under interface chapter Nameplates & Chat bubbles you can toggle the "show Health and Focus Stats"
that should activate/deactivate the Health/focus above your char

I had to toggle it to activate/deactivate it again

EDIT:
ok now I know what the problem is,
if you toggle the options flag you can't display your health and Focus in the top left corner in your status numerical in the bars without showing it above the char too, before it was handled seperatedly



Before my reply it showed the stats in the Health/Focus bar on top left but not over my char, now either both are shown numerical (over char and in top left corner) or not

 

Yep. Irritating feature added on latest patch.

 

Yes, I don't like this feature....they need to be separated.

 

It's not really a feature, it's a bug. The dev has already started working on it

It is related to another bug where that can happen to mobs, as well.

Don't know, but I suspect this is related to this bug.
I just noticed the stats displayed above a player that was supposed to be hidden.
In the sense that I could not see the player, but only the numbers running around.

also: I did not see the numbers above my own head though

It is related. It was disregarding anything, including stealth.
If someone is being all sneaky sneaky like and wants to hide these numbers, here is a workaround a little birdie told me:

Go to settings, Interface:
Select "Show Player Nameplate" and "show player health bar" and leave menu, go back, unselect again, leave menu. The numbers should be gone after that.
