4. Details: When you right click on a door, you have an option 'edit permissions'. Choosing this option normally displays a window where you can edit the door's permissions. If you stand outside the property boundaries, what appears is a blank window without any options, buttons, close button, or anything else. The same behavior can be seen with a row house exterior door. 5. Steps to Reproduce:
   1. Got to the house
   2. Stand outside the property boundary, but in front of the Vking fence gate)
   3. right click the gate (using the gate is the best way to see the repro case)
   4. A window appears on screen, but has no elements. The window can't be closed, using the ESC key. Zoning will not remove the window, you must quit the game.
