[Known] Dragging seeds to Secondary bar opens Combat bar

    Details:Seems to just be seeds, I tried it with some other things and it didn't cause this problem.

    Dragging seeds to the secondary bar opens the combat bar even though there is text saying "Item cannot be dragged to Combat Bar." Very carefully making sure I'm not hitting the combat bar with the seeds, it is still opened and stays open after placing the seed on Secondary bar. So then using the hotkey for the seed instead triggers the hotkey for the combat glyph, as it thinks I'm in combat.

    The combat bar does autoclose after about 4 seconds.

    Steps to Reproduce:Drag a seed to the secondary bar.
