[Known] Dragon's Fall Vendors

    Hi,

    it seems when you speak to a town vendor none of their windows pop up, whereas the player vendors and the bank is working fine.

    Same in Dragomir with the Merchants (at least some of them, haven't tested all of them yet).

    same with virtue oasis so far all the npc vendors in town do not pop any windows
