Title: Dungeon Entrances from store bought missing

Details:I had bought all the dungeons last patch and on this release it seems I only have the 125 point entrance and not the other ones.
Steps to Reproduce:I claimed all from the bank, and went to make a dungeon entrance only offers the crafted one and the 125 point one from the sample. Also not sure when we get all the other sample parts to build with?
