Title: Dust Cloud Effects Going Backward as Player Approaches
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details:

If the player approaches dust clouds, they sink into the ground in reverse. If the player walks away, they reverse direction and head back up into the sky. Expected behavior: the dust cloud should always go up.

    Steps to Reproduce:

    1) Go to location
    2) Walk up the hill toward the dusty clouds
    3) Observe: It appears to sink back into the ground rather than continuing to go up.
    4) Walk away from the dusty clouds backwards
    5) Observe: It appears to reverse direction
