    3. Details: Ceiling on the first floor is still counted as outside lighting.
    4. Steps to Reproduce: Use up the meager 8 lights allowed on the outside and attempt to place any of the chandelier options on the ceiling.
    5. User Specs: i5 6400, Windows 10 64bit, 8Gb Ram
