[Known] Elysium Mines - When exiting scene too twin Foothills = no fade out warning

    Title: No warning when nearly exiting scene too twin foothills
    Reproduction Rate:100%
    Blocker? No
    Details:When exiting the scene there is usually a fade out and pop up stating where you are about to go. With the mines now there is no fade out or pop up stating you are about to go too twin foothills, it just immediately loads twin foothill scene once you pass certain point.
    Steps to Reproduce:go in mines, exit mine and you will get no fade out (i.e. when your going in the mines from foothills)
