[Known] Etceter Town Crier does not appear on Compass Bar, even after speaking to him

    Title: Etceter Town Crier does not appear on Compass Bar, even after speaking to him

    Blocker? No
    Details: Entered Etceter and Town Crier's location is not noted on my Compass Bar at top of screen. Approach Town Crier, engaged in conversation, and location is still not noted on Compass Bar.
