[Known] [Evasion] and [Dodge] don't last their full duration

    1. Title: [Evasion] and [Dodge] don't last their full duration
    2. Reproduction Rate: Almost all the time
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: When you get hit in combat, the odds of [Evasion] and [Dodge] being dispelled prematurely are high.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Cast [Evasion] and/or [Dodge]
    6. User Specs: Mac Pro (Late 2013), MacOS Sierra, 12GB Ram, AMD FirePro D300 2048Mb

    I have tested this and found that the buffs dissapear when hit by a mob. Without a mob hit, they will last their full duration.

    Not technically a bug, but I completely understand the confusion. Both of those skills have additional completion requirements of getting hit X times. The tooltip should show this information however we need to come up with a way that makes sense, or remove it.

    +X stat for Y amount of time or until hit Z times. Pretty confusing. And then we would probably have to show that on the icon somehow. X hits remaining, or some such.

    So this is by design. I can't believe light armor is getting nerfed like this. Evasion is useless now unless you want to click it constantly in combat. Very disappointed.
    Edit: Not a nerf and change in function. My mistake

    Just to bookend this, (I know I mentioned it in chat) nothing about either of these has changed. They have had the same completion rules since they were added. We will look into some way to represent the "Hit Rule" in game.
