[Known] Exiting combat mode forgets temporary cursor unlocked state

    Title: Cursor re-locks on combat exit automatically if unlocked temporarily by window.
    Reproduction Rate:100%
    Blocker? No
    Details:When combat mode ends, cursor will automatically lock if it was unlocked by a window such as inventory etc.
    Steps to Reproduce:With cursor locked, open inventory (Unlocks cursor). Unholster and re-holster weapon. Once combat mode ends in several seconds, cursor will re-lock, despite inventory still being open.
