[Known] Failed to Send The Message Received in UChat

    Title: 'Failed to Send The Message' Received in UChat
    Reproduction Rate: Unknown - seems to be random
    Blocker? No
    Details: Received 'Failed to Send the Message' error when attempting to communicate in Universe. Also failed in Trader channel but did not fail appear to fail in Noble channel (message displayed / no error received).
    Steps to Reproduce: Appears to be random but occurred after hard crash out of game and logging back in.
