Steps to Reproduce:
1) Start a new game with Female Avatar in the Offline Mode
2) Enter the Magic Mirror
3) Choose 'Dark Brown' as your hair color

User Specs:

There is a known issue with the Character Creation Mirrors that's causing their lighting to be too high so that colors are blown out. This might be causing the effect that you're seeing. However, I'm tempted to do a side-by-side comparison of hair colors between Live and QA in after-mirror shots to see if there's any difference. At this point I've been staring at the hair for so long I'm tempted to say it has some blue in it. >.<

 

Please, concentrate on high/crit while I will be possibly adding more information to this ticket.

 

This is caused by a known lighting issue in the Magic Mirror on R43. Will fix asap.
