[Known] Fizzle messages filtered under Misc instead of Combat(Self)

    Reproduction rate: 100% Blocker? No

    Details:
    Messages about magic spell fizzles get filtered under "Misc" in the message window, instead of "Combat(Self)". Its a miscategorization and bothersome, because if a player wants combat messages off, he wants all combat messages off.

    Steps to reproduce:
    Cast spells to fizzle under different message filters.
