Floating torches are also present on the exit/entrance arches in:
1) Owls Nest
2) RandomEncounter_Plains01_Road
3) Eastreach gap
4) Ardoris
5) Fallin' Green (POT)
6) Soltown - the arch at Loc: (-47.9, 32.3, -211.8) has floating torches, the arch on the opposite side of town looks okay.
7) Approach to Tower of the Shuttered Eye

This issue is not present in:
1) East Perennial Trail - the torch bases are buried well below the ground

I suspect than many more zones have this graphical error
