[Known] Flooding in Hidden Vale

    1. Title: River Flowing through Hidden Vale
    2. Reproduction Rate: Only once so far
    3. Blocker? Was when it happened but logging off / on fixed it
    4. Details: When entering Hidden Vale noticed a large river running through it
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Entered Hidden Vale via boat from Novia. Traveling to Owls Head and once I got to the bend in the road the River was flowing straight through the Island. Was able to get in the water and walk to Owls Head and enter. When leaving Owls Head the river was still there but I was unable to leave the area directly around Owls Head. I logged off and logged back on and the water was not longer there.[​IMG]
